Katrina is a day dreamer, and she often lives in a fantasy world even still today. She is passionate and very determined to get what she wants when she wants it. All her life she has strived for a fairytale type of relationship. She has pushed away guy after guy with her insecurities until finally she found the right man, one who accepted even her faults. But she is also very insecure still and wants to impress her friends, family, and everyone. She is a very emotional person and gets her feelings offended by the little things. She still is pained over the fact that her sisters and herself are not as close as they once were, but her and Alexia have at least begun talking again, and trying to be sisters again.

This is a woman who is always looking for – and finding – deeper meaning, from the grand scheme of life itself to her own social interactions. She absorbs the events around her, making connections that other people would never even see. Everyone thought she was meant to be a designer but with her connections to personal shopping through her best friend Carmen she managed to snag a job that is that much more perfect for her. Katrina is now a personal shopper at Boomingdales, occasionally still working with some private clients as well. She observes patterns in the feelings and actions of other people, and can be quite insightful as to what motivates them. The trouble is that Katrina is so over passionate that she often over throws what she should say or do and puts her foot in her mouth more often than not. Most people know she means well but as is with her sisters right now, sometimes everything spirals out of control. She also has a very difficult time dealing with confrontation or any aspect of negativity, she doesn't know how to deal with people being upset at her or if someone doesn't like her.

She has spent the better part of this year working her way back into Isabella and Alexia's lives. She has been talking to them as she once had, and listening more often than jumping in with her own opinion. She is trying to be a better person, all around.

Katrina worked on her own and on Carmen's wedding dresses a lot this year. Her main focus was on finishing those two dresses. That has been her main side hobby with what little free time she has left because she has also been working long hours as a personal shopper at Bloomingdales.

Aside from her job and designing the wedding dresses for both her and her best friend, Katrina can be found at the beach, (when it is summer), or going to the mall. Carmen is her only girl friend, her closest confidante, though Marcus is a close second. She confides in the two of them with almost everything going on in her life.
